Functional characteristics of the machine
1. Machine introduction: the large base and side wall roughening machine produced by our factory is mainly applicable to the side wall roughening and bottom roughening of rubber base, EVA base and styrofoam base.
2. Main features: the machine adopts precise pneumatic and motor frequency conversion to control the speed of roughing wheel. The upper pressing wheel can adjust the radian according to the large bottom side wall. For some regular and irregular bottoms, it can be used. The grinding effect is good, fast and labor-saving. The overall efficiency is more than 80% higher than that of manual grinding.
